FundraiseAsOne: Help raise the big bucks!

How do I raise money?

Hold a cake sale. Run a marathon. Organise a sponsored walk. Do a spot of busking. Jump out of plane. There are loads of ways you can join our community of supporters and raise money to fund schools in Africa.

In return we promise to share stories, photos and videos from every school we support so you can see exactly how your money is spent.

YourThing… AsOne

You can do anything you like to raise money (as long as people will sponsor you!). You’ve probably already got loads of ideas but if you need some inspiration here are 10 ideas to get you started.

BuskAsOne

19-25 April 2010 is BuskAsOne week. We are asking musicians around the world to lend their talents for a day and busk to raise funds for schools in Africa. Sign up now.

WalkAsOne

Saviour is a 10-year-old orphan. Every day she walks 14km to go to school. A school that soon won’t be there. We need your help to organise and take part in sponsored walks to raise funds for a new school. Organise your walk.

LunchAsOne

You can’t teach a hungry child. In Africa this can be a real problem. Children need to work so they can eat and school can be neglected. Will you host a fundraising lunch to pay for a sustainable organic vegetable garden in an African school?

Questions

If you have any questions just send an email to fundraise@learnasone.org and help will soon be at hand. Oh, and one final thing. Whatever it is you choose. Thank you.
