Get your questions ready.

Ask your local pub, community centre or school if you can borrow a room for a night to host a 40 minute quiz.

Charge everyone a fiver. Half goes in the prize pot. Half goes to buy raw materials at Simakakata Community School.

While you’ve got yourself a captive audience see if you can sell some food or host a raffle to raise some extra cash.

If your hosting your quiz in a pub go for a typically quiet night and negotiate with the landlord for a cut of the bar takings. If you can guarantee ten teams of four you’ve got yourself a strong negotiating position.

As for questions go with what your audience likes, but try and throw in a 40 themed round if you can.
